PLATFORM OF STRATEGIC VISION
Security, Energy, and Global Stability
Dear Mr. President Trump,
Through this Platform, I present a long-term strategic initiative aimed at shaping a stable, secure,
and prosperous global architecture for the decades and centuries to come. Its purpose is not daily
politics, but the clear and responsible definition of strategic interests, partnerships, and
stabilizing pillars of the future global order.
With great respect, I closely follow the geopolitical vision you are developing for the future role
of the United States of America. I believe this vision goes beyond the framework of classical
21st-century geopolitics and lays the foundations for a new global architecture of security,
energy, and industrial development, in which America assumes the role of leader, guarantor of
balance, and bearer of long-term peace.
I believe that such development would attract new populations, knowledge, and capital,
transforming Greenland into one of the most attractive territories for living, work, and
technological development in the 21st and 22nd centuries.
The Balkans and Serbia, a Pillar of U.S. National Security in
This Part of Europe
In parallel with these global processes, I propose that the Republic of Serbia be included in the
strategic framework of the national security, energy, and economic interests of the United States
of America, as the central stabilizing factor in the Balkans.
I would like to particularly emphasize that in December, the United States Congress adopted the
“Western Balkans Democracy and Prosperity Act” (H.R. 5274), which formally defines the
Western Balkans as a region of national and strategic interest for the United States. This Act
emphasizes long-term U.S. commitment to the region’s economic development, energy security,
strengthening of democratic institutions, digital security, and the reduction of malign influence
by third actors. In this context, Serbia is naturally confirmed as the central point of the Balkans
and as a reliable pillar of U.S. national and security interests in this part of Europe.
Serbia is located at the geographical, infrastructural, and political center of the region. I am
convinced that long-term stability in Serbia means stability for the entire Balkans, without new
conflicts, divisions, or militarization. As a traditional partner of the United States and the oldest
ally of America from the Balkans region, Serbia has the capacity to assume this responsible and
strategically important role.
Through a strategic partnership with the United States, Serbia could become a key platform for:
• systematic suppression of regional corruption,
• dismantling of organized crime and transnational networks,
• closing the Balkan route of narcotics trafficking toward Europe,
• control of illegal financial flows.
I believe these processes should be carried out institutionally, through the rule of law, systembuilding, and security architecture, not by force, but through partnership.
Democracy, Development, and Leadership
At the same time, such a framework would create strong preconditions for the development of
democratic institutions, an independent judiciary, free media, and responsible governance. I do
not view democracy as an ideological goal, but as an instrument of stability, security, and
economic development. With the support of the United States, Serbia could become an example
of functional democracy and institutional stability in the region.
Conclusion
Through this Platform of Strategic Vision, I propose a new model of global cooperation:
• the United States of America as the leader and guarantor of stability,
• Greenland as the energy and industrial heart of the Arctic,
• Europe as a secure and stable partner,
• the Balkans as a region of lasting peace,
• Serbia as a pillar of U.S. national security in this part of Europe.
This is not an initiative against anyone.
This is an initiative for lasting peace, stability, and global prosperity.
